Optima Windows and Doors

Had Windows and Patio door replaced by Optima Windows & Doors. Ben and his crew were great, very professional and cleaned up everything after the installation. Price and Warranty were great. Everything done on time. Additionally, Alina the sales rep was very responsive and knowledgeable. Guided me throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

5 star products and service. Installation was quick and done right, price was very reasonable! Chris is very knowledgeable about the entire process, including the govt/enbridge HER program, which was key to navigating through this entire process. Customer service also exceptional! There was a mixup with parts of the order and Chris, being the fair and reasonable fellow he is, fixed it immediately. Would definitely use Optima again!
