Pella Windows & Doors

I have just ordered windows for a third room in my house - the previous two orders were also Pella windows. Josh Kane has been my sales person throughout and I greatly appreciate his professionalism and guidance. He is highly personable and knowledgeable of the product and has led fabulous service in each of my installation projects. I am very pleased with the product - very attractive and high performance windows - which have definitely enhanced my home and reduced heat loss. I recommend this product and service. We had a great experience purchasing a new front door from Pella Bayview. Josh Kane came to our house within a week of our initial request, and was very clear and thorough in reviewing all of the options and helping us arrive at a selection. The installation took place about two months later, and went very smoothly. The installers were professional, and answered all of our questions both during and after very patiently.
