GoodLife Fitness Windsor Dougall and Cabana

Good life fitness is a fantastic gym place in Windsor. I have been to the Dougal place several times. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Has numerous equipment and many programs that will meet your need. There is a warm indoor swimming pool as well.

I’ve been to almost every gym in Windsor and Tecumseh, and this GoodLife location is my favourite! Even though the biweekly fees are higher than the other gyms, it’s 100% worth it. They have the best staff, the best equipment, the best environment, and the best amenities.

All the staff were super nice and welcoming! Jillian gave me a great tour of the gym and answered any and all questions I had. She was also great about introducing me to all the staff we passed as we did our tour! Highly recommend this gym and Jillian as someone to help me learn my way around the gym!
