House of Sophrosyne

December 17 2023 I will be celebrating 13 years clean, sober and self harm free!! My sincerest gratitude goes out to the House of Sophrosene for showing me the way to the absolutely wonderful, happy life I have lived since completing their 5 week residency addiction program!! For those of you who find yourselves under the influence of drug addiction or alcoholism, and are seeking help, I highly recommend reaching out to the amazing people at the House of Sophrosene. They changed my life and I will continue to be forever grateful!! Thank you so very much for helping me take my life back!!

Completed the House of Sophrosyne’s Full Time Virtual program. It was a 4 week program and we met M-F from 9:30am-12pm. Rachel was our counsellor and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was so caring and kind, and helped the girls in the group form an amazing bond. The program helped me talk about things I have never had an opportunity to talk about, and gave me many mental tools to use during my recovery. I am very thankful for her support, she is a wonderful counsellor and I would recommend her to anyone who has experienced trauma. The only thing I wish was that the program was longer than 4 weeks. The at-home virtual setting was great because it allowed treatment to be at my own pace and also allowed me to adapt my newly learned habits in my current living environment. I am forever grateful to Rachel for the service she provided, and for the girls I connected with during the program. I really feel like attending was the kick start I needed to change my life for the better.

Hi everyone, May 6 was my 10 month anniversary and without House of Sophrosyne I'm not sure where i would be, I gained my dad's respect and yesterday he told me how proud he was of me and i'm a fighter and my son told me same thing.
