Kathleen is easily the best property manager I've ever had. I had a fridge issue and it was replaced within 24 hours - definitely was not expecting that. A tenant nearby was smoking indoors, and management actually evicted him, which is also amazing. The building itself has beautiful views of the city and I feel very lucky to have gotten a place here.

My son will be a first year student at TRU and like any parent or student will immediately notice, finding housing is extremely difficult. I had never previously used a property management company and was relieved, delighted with the help of Minty. She was very professional but down to earth. She was clear and her replies were very quick. We left so grateful for her help. You have a gem.
We are moving in August 1st and kevin the manager was super helpful and knowledgeable made everything super easy for us as we just moved from Vancouver the buildings are kept in great shape and are in an extremely quiet area and pet friendly as well would highly recommend to anyone looking.
The area is always kept clean inside and out. Valleyveiw is quiet with lots of trail for hiking and biking. My neighbors are super awesome!! Oh, also so is management (Kevin) and maintenance (Oliver)? I think, good people.

This building is so great!!! Super clean and well managed by a positive and personable building manager! Lindsay is always so responsive to my concerns or questions and is quick to find fair solutions. She goes above and beyond for the tenants, making the building feel safe and welcoming. I couldn't imagine having a better manager or apartment building to live in!.
