My son will be a first-year student at TRU, and as any parent or student will immediately notice, finding housing is extremely difficult. I had never previously used a property management company and was relieved and delighted with Minty's help. She was very professional but down to earth. She was clear, and her replies were very quick. We left so grateful for her help. You have a gem.

We are moving in August 1st, and Kevin, the manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable and made everything super easy for us. As we just moved from Vancouver, the buildings are kept in great shape and are in an extremely quiet area and pet friendly as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking.

The area is always kept clean inside and out. Valleyveiw is quiet with lots of trail for hiking and biking. My neighbors are super awesome!! Oh, also so is management (Kevin) and maintenance (Oliver) I think, good people.

View from my balcony is simply breathtaking. Recently, I witnessed a mesmerizing display of the Northern Lights from the comfort of my own window- it was truly magical! And every evening, I get to watch the sunset over the rooftops. The natural light pours in and illuminates the entire space, making it feel bright, airy, and incredibly welcoming. Whether I'm enjoying a cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine, the view always puts a smile on my face. It's the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and take in the beauty of the world outside. Five stars and highly recommended.

The interior of the buildings is very clean and newly built with beautiful views facing the river and has a pleasant feeling. The building management is very friendly and kind. With good neighbors, I am very happy to live in this building.

Great location and the property managers are super helpful and accommodating. Lived here for close to 2 years and had no issues in our apartment!

Great place to live with lots of amenities (gym and common room for rent) and walking trails and a great view. Also value the no noise policy and no smoking. Residents are friendly and there is a good mix of young and old. I also like the fact that the recycling program gives back to the needs of the community.

The Managers here Robin and Mandy really make this a nice place to live. Their customer service is above and beyond any other place I have ever been for rentals. The buildings are quiet and the community is lovely.

Very clean and quiet place. Enjoyed being a tenant there. Has lots of good trails around, neat community garden and common room with the gym. Property management is on point, great guys and very accommodating!
