Anthony and his team at End of the Roll were so great to work with during our home renovation. Long story short, they had the first batch of flooring ready to go for when we needed it, then stepped up in a huge way when our installer realized there was a manufacturer defect with every single plank. Anthony dealt with his distributors to find us another brand of similar flooring and get it rushed to our house so the other trades weren’t pushed back. I highly recommend checking them out for your next flooring project.

We were extremely happy with End of the roll. Everything from taking home samples and finally make a decision and booking the install was great. The communication before and during install was great. Our installer Derrick was amazing. I would absolutely recommend end of the role. What we really appreciated is that the final bill was about $600 below the estimate. So we were only charged for the product used.

We went in to End of the Roll in Kamloops and met David who helped us pick new carpets and he made arrangements to get it installed quickly and Tyler the carpet layer did a really great job ..we are very happy with the sales and service and would highly recommend End of the Roll.

We just finished building our forever home and dealing with Neill for our flooring was great! Neill was always quick to respond to email requests and phone calls no matter how busy he was. This is so important to me as I felt valued as a customer! Neill went out of his way to visit our home multiple times to ensure measurements and finalize arrangements for purchase and install. If you want to feel like a valued customer, I highly recommend giving Neill a call.

Neill and the team at United Floors deliver a great experience time and time again. They not only meet your expectations, they exceed them! His installers are meticulous, resulting in a tremendous finish on every job. And there is great communication throughout every project.

We had a great experience with United Floors and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. We dealt with Chad, great communicator and exceptional customer service. Dylan did a great job installing our floors. We will be back.
