Awesome place to go if you're in need of cash and have something to offer or if you're looking for something cheap he has a little bit of everything. Super friendly helpful staff. Don is great to talk to you if you need to know anything, He's your guy. He knows a little bit about a lot of things in life. His thirst for knowledge is unquenchable, admirable! & his love of music makes him hands down the first person I go to when I’m bored of and in need of new artists, songs and or genres!!! By far one of my favorite people in this world!

I came in today and immediately was treated like a person and not just a potential sale. Don is a understanding, helpful, polite and a genuinely nice guy. Of all the pawnshop I've been to in the whole okanagan area, Big Don's is one of the best shops I've been in yet. I definitely will be coming back again, thank you Don for the great service!

Don is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I always enjoy chatting with him. Talking about fishing, day to day stuff. His shop always has great deals and he seems open to haggling within reason.

Love her and her shop. It's a perfect jewelry store , where you can find some rare silver and gold jewelry. Vintage collectables as well. It does not feel like a pawn shop at all. If you have a hard time paying bills, she will give you the current market value for any silver or gold jewelry or bullion. It's also great if you really wanted to keep your jewelry. For nominal interest , you have a 30 day window to get your jewelry back. She is a great lender, buyer and seller of all jewelry and bullion. No pressure or haggling , like some places. I can not recommend this place enough, she has helped me through some financial missteps on my part. A person always feels welcome here just to shop or sell some stuff when you face hard times. It feels like she really cares about your situation and never makes a person feel bad or,....I leave her shop happy and with a smile!

This place is great! Went in recently to pick up some valentines day jewelry. Not only did they let me stay late choosing things, but they waited around when I had to run to the bank to get cash. Took me longer than I thought it would, so they held the items for me until the next day when I called them that I couldn't make it back that day. Thanks to you all for working with me. Appreciate it.
