Fifth Avenue is the best in Kamloops! My parents have been going to see Rich for more than 20 years. My fiancée was in touch with him while looking for an engagement ring. Rich was so helpful, knowledgable, and overall so incredible to deal with for one of the biggest decisions of someones life. We live in Calgary Alberta and it was a very easy process for them to arrange everything. I absolutely love my ring! We will be purchasing our wedding bands here and will continue to support Fifth Avenue Jewellers.

Friendly helpful customer service. They acknowledge your existance upon entry and let you know when they are busy. Great selection of items. Picked up a Canadian sourced diamond and ruby for a good price. Watch repairs with a smile! They are knowledgeable and you can tell they have years of experience. I have taken all my jewelry repairs here over many years and received top quality workmanship. Easy access, lots of parking.

The level of professionalism and kindness my wife and I received at 5th Avenue Jewellers was above and beyond. Lisa and her team could not have been more helpful, friendly and informative. Highly recommend for all jewelry needs. Thanks again Lisa.

We have received excellent customer service from Hannah at the Kamloops location every single time we come in! We recommend everyone to go see her. She will help find exactly what you’re looking for and make sure the quality is up to your standards. We love coming into the store and never feel pressured to buy- if we’re just browsing that day. Thank you for the top notch customer service every time we come in!

We got our wedding rings from peoples, Taj helped both of us for finding the best one for our wedding. And later on she helped us for resizing our rings. Her service was excellent, she was super knowledgeable about their products and very humble. Thanks Taj you made our wedding.

Great service, terrific prices, interesting products, there are only positive things I could say about this place. I got new batteries in several watches and a few new watch bands for about half of what I was expecting and done in a fraction of the time I had expected. Highly recommend this place!

I've gone to Danielle's for a few things now, ring sizing, fixing broken necklace chains and clasps, watch batteries, they always do a quality job, great price point compared to other jewelers I've been to, they get everything done in a timely manner, I've only ever had to wait a couple days for jewelry repairs or sizing (other jewelers ive waited up to 3-4weeks for a ring sizing). Always a good quality experience, my favorite jeweler in kamloops out of the few I've tried.

Was in a rush to get a necklace fixed and a bracelet polished. Danielle's was extremely fast (way faster then I hoped for) and very fairly priced. In the future there's zero doubt I will come back for any purchases/fixes! Very genuinely nice people.
