My Experience with Francos has been fantastic, they helped me diagnose my vehicle prior to my appointment, and upon my appointment the service was excellent and fair, they helped me in dealing with an extended warranty I had on my vehicle and even finished the maintenance prior to the estimated labour time. They also worked around my work schedule allowing me to pick up my vehicle after close. Best experience I've had with anything auto repair related, 11/10, couldn’t speak higher of this shop.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable group of great people! They squeezed me in between appointments and saved my day with a quick diagnostic and fix. I really appreciated how they explained what was wrong, why, and how it was repaired, in a clear and easy to understand way. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Can’t thank Grant and the staff at Franco’s enough for helping us out today on our trip north. Had some issues with our Subaru heading into Kamloops, and on short notice they squeezed us in last minute and got us on our way. Friendly staff and amazing service—way to go.

First off, we want to say thank you for helping us on short notice when our check engine light came on 2 hours in to a 20 hour road trip. They promptly diagnosed and fixed our vehicle and got us back on the road. (Essential when travelling with 4 kids under 4 years old) they are professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would recommend this shop to anyone who needed their vehicle fixed or services. Thanks again for saving the day!

I called The Garage because my alternator had died. Shannon said they would get me in right away. The next morning Mike worked on my truck promptly and also discussed some other issues with my truck I didn't know about. I will recommend this company for their prompt and courteous service.
