Awesome service, they really know everything about the machines they sell, and can help you choose what's best for you. Customer service was amazing.

Charlene was a great help in coming up with a solution for my bridesmaid dress, and I found the cost to be very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing alterations.

On site repairs done on any age machine. Repair prices were quoted up front. Easy to find the place and parking in the back alley.

I'm extremely impressed! I've been scoping out the store for a few weeks as they have balloons displayed all over. I am extremely allergic to latex. Today, I finally called to find out when the balloons will go. The manager had zero hesitation and will have the night shift remove them all so I can come in and get what I need. Now that's exceptional customer service right there.

I dont know what the complaing is about. I went on May 30 and when I enter, we were greeted by the cashier. Noone came to us which was fine as I didnt know which materiel I was going to buy. When the selections, a very happy lady asked if I was ready or needed help. I had a great experience and will be back!

Good experience but they don't have a computerized system for all of their stores. We ended up leaving because my wife couldn't get her discount because they can't access out of town members info!
