I went to Dan's after finding out that the replacement door slab I was looking for was no longer manufactured in the required size. Dan and team were incredibly helpful, not only did they repair the door that others figured was irreparable, they had it ready for pickup on the next business day for a price that couldn't be beat. Awesome business with an awesome staff, I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend making Dan's your first stop for new purchases and repairs, they're second to none.

My interior glass door was broken and after numerous phone glass to what felt like every glass shop in a 500km radius, I was finally sent to Dan's Door and Window! Isabella was sooo nice and helpful! Though we couldn't get bars like the old door, it looks even nicer without them! Thank you again to the whole team at Dan's Door and Window and I look forward to coming to you guys for my next window/door needs.

We had Dan's build us a front door. From the original build design to the loading of the door, they went above and beyond. By far the best customer service I have experienced in Kamloops anywhere. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Wow.. what fantastic customer service by Tanya with first trying to troubleshoot my garage door issues, to then quickly scheduling an appointment to service my door all within two business days! Not to mention their technician Jamie who is so friendly and experienced. When he arrived he installed our new Liftmaster opener, weather stripping for the opening plus the bottom of the door, and new cables all done in three hours! There might be someone as good as Anchor Door & Window, but no one better.. this Team is locked in tight!! Thank You!!!

By far one of the best service experiences I have dealt with in Kamloops. I have ordered multiple bay doors for my business - the communication is done in a timely matter and the installation/work is top notch. What is really amazing is how quickly they respond to anything wrong (even if it's something stupid me or my staff did not an actual error with equipment).

Jamie and his co-worker were quick to fix our door with outstanding service and patience with clientele coming and going throughout the process. Will suggest to anyone in town needing repair work or install. Great customer service!
