I had dealings with five staff members, and all were friendly, and helpful. I inadvertently broke a drill bit on a hammer drill and they said " No problem, accidents happen". I wasn't charged for the bit.

The coordinator and crew were professional and reliable, and listened. They brought good energy and flexibility, and supported this important community event to launch a memorial garden in Lillooet (from Kamloops). We thank them for helping to make our day truly memorable and filled with ease.
This company is top notch! Ryan was so good at making sure we were looked after. He was professional, personable and punctual. The rental equipment was clean and in excellent condtion. The setup crew was also very professional and respectful of our yard. This company deserves 10 stars! The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and have been recommending them to others already. Great job guys, you took all the stress out of our function.

We hired Britt as our month of coordinator for our wedding back in June and I'm so glad that we did! She came out to our house in the weeks leading up to the wedding to get the lay of the land and was supportive in all my last minute details. She offered to pick up our cake the morning of, helped with last minute decorations and handled all of the ceremony music perfectly. She also provided me with BTS videos and pictures that tied me over until the professional ones came in
We hired Brittany as our wedding planner and had nothing but an amazing experience with her! She was always available to answer my abundance of questions, and guide me in the direction I needed to have everything completed for my special day. She has the sweetest personality and wants nothing more than to help you have your dream wedding come to life! She helps you create a vision and narrow down exactly what you’re looking for. I know that I couldn’t have made it through planning without her help. Highly recommend
Brittany was absolutely amazing to work with. Her professionalism and attention to detail were something that I greatly appreciated during my wedding. She was thrown into helping me with my wedding only a week before the big day, she took the time and the stress of dealing with all those last minute details away from me, and I was able to enjoy the moments leading up until the wedding. She was not only a great help during set up for the ceremony, cocktail, hour, and reception. She also was a great emotional support and checked in with me during the day while she was finishing all the last minute details. I honestly cannot recommend her enough, she was everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner and more!
