I made a mistake and accidentally put industrial cleaner into my ignition... this caused the lithium grease to turn into lithium gel, and that freezes essentially immobilizing my car unless it was warm enough for the gel to move. I went here and was greeted with friendly service and exceptional work. I brought my ignition in (immobilizing my vehicle) and they cleaned it up and handed it back with a brand new key! Very cost efficient way of fixing that problem considering mechanics wanted between $500 and $800 for a new ignition and install, this was way faster too. 10/10 would recommend!

Jesse was an absolute life saver. Super knowledgeable, took him my siezed ignition cylinder and he had it working again in a couple hours, for a great price. Fantastic experience all around.

I went in with a huge ring of keys of many different types and they were able to take care of everything I needed. It took some time to sort them all out and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Helped me out in a pinch with a broken car key and gave me a number to replace the messed up ignition cylinder. I’ll take it back to get coded after the cylinder is replaced. Super friendly, knowledgeable and quick service for a fair price. Yes, I realize the parking situation. Those are Browns spots and they can enforce it however they need to since people are abusing it. They have dozens of signs, and cameras. Don’t ever expect to get away with it! Park a couple blocks away and walk the extra 5 minutes, it’s not that hard guys!

Excellent work, we highly recommend their service. We had a challenging issue with our car ignition and it was solved with no problem. Everyone working there was so friendly and lovely as well as professional and helpful. They have the key to our hearts. Thank you for your hard work!!

Always excellent skill and service! Have saved me both at home and work on numerous occasions. Have been using for years (Ray's not formally Browns) and still very happy.

Excellent service was provided to us. We had to get a key re keyed on a Saturday afternoon. We had to take the ignition out of our old caddy. Called Norkam and they said bring it right done. Within 1.5 hrs they called and it was ready for pick up. This is what you call service. Norkam has been around forever and they know how to provide old school service which doesn’t exist in most places today. I would recommend them for anything you need. Thanks Norkam

Phenomenal experience! Was looking for a Reid bike and only this store carried it closest to Alberta. Called Roy and made some arrangements, then the bike arrived at my door step. Easy, hassle free transaction. Bike came perfectly wrapped. Would certainly recommend!
