THE BRICK KAMLOOPS REVIEWS

My husband and I bought a new fridge and stove for our cottage and we were very pleased with both the selection and the customer service at The Brick in Kamloops. We were contacted by the store manager shortly after leaving the store to inform us that further discounts were available and the manager refunded us an extra couple of hundred dollars. It was a very pleasant surprise. Shopping there was a positive experience. We haven't taken delivery of the appliances yet but hoping they will be great too.

Had the most wonderful service from Arsh at the Brick today. He seemed to go out of his way to provide the best customer service I have received ever. He personally even helped us load our chair into our vehicle . I call that first class and the handshake just topped it off. Am so thankful to him and we definitely will be visiting the brick for our next purchase. Thank you again Arsh.

Prompt , professional service. Took away the old appliance as well. The guys were very nice. We will definitely purchase this way in future. Product exactly as shown on the website . Thanks you.

CITY FURNITURE & APPLIANCES LTD. REVIEWS

Ritika was amazing. She helped pick out a leather power recliner couch in the right color and in right price range. She let us shop around and gave us a better price than the sale price. We had it delivered on time. There was a manufacturer defect that we found a week later, I went back into the store and she remembered us. Without hesitation the manager lucky gill arranged to have the piece replaced on the next working day. All I can say is amazing experience.

Fair and reasonable pricing but what made the transaction outstanding was the delivery service people. There were on time , professional, they took steps to protect our floors and stairs. We’re very impressed. These are the things that generate return customer when all other things are equal. I would whole heartily recommend them and spring for the delivery. It just isn’t worth doing yourself. Fred Bugden.

A positive experience all round. Piyush (Pete) was extremely helpful and patient as a sales person as we were deciding what model and brand of Fridge we wanted. He set up an out-of-town delivery, which went smoothly and as scheduled. We are happy with our new Fridge.

ASHLEY HOMESTORE KAMLOOPS REVIEWS

Very happy with the service I got from Manny at Ashley furniture home store in Kamloops. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a couch back in January after Boxing Day. We found a couch we loved and had to order it in because of supply chain issues. Recently it arrived and when the movers came to move it in the house for us they were unable to get it in. They were willing to let me and my neighbour try ourselves. We were unsuccessful so we returned the couch and Manny was extremely helpful in working with us to get new smaller couches of the same material at a fair price considering what we paid in January. They stayed open to the closing bell to help us load up our new couches and we are very pleased with what we have now. Would recommend.

We purchased our first sofa from here earlier this year. Rob was extremely helpful, with good information on what to look for and delivery options. Harman helped with our delivery and was extremely professional and communicative. All in all, great service.

The customer service that I received from Rob was excellent! I am very happy with my Larce sectional. I will definitely shop at Ashley again.
