We called the store to place an order online which wasn’t working. After explaining our situation, Gary provided excellent customer service and did whatever he could on his end. Once he was out of options, he told me he was calling his manager to ask for further options. The manager listened to Gary and both of them came up with a solution. Our order was not able to be delivered so it was passed down to Court, who also was very friendly and tried to get a courier for us to ship it out. These 3 individuals have excellent customer service. NAPA & Kamloops are lucky to have them.

The staff are great; and the customer service is as good as can be expected. It's not their fault that they don't always have everything someone might be looking for.

We were in an absolute pickle after our car broke down on our way from Sooke to Edmonton (14hr). Facing a 3+ day delay to get a part, we were able to get in touch with Amber from Bumper to Bumper. They were closing and we didn’t have any way to get there from Merritt. Amber went above and beyond to make sure we could get it, and was unbelievably accommodating and understanding. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely amazing customer service, especially Amber!! She went above and beyond, thank you so much.
