RIVERBEND SENIORS COMMUNITY REVIEWS

This residence is the best. My mother has been here more than 3 years. The staff are very helpful and experienced. The meals are well planned and tasty. The cleanliness is very high and the amenities and activities are well suited for independent living. I would recommend this residence to anyone who enjoys either an active, vital living experience, or a gentler, more serene care. I am always amazed by the availability of the Managers and staff and have made life long friends in many of the residents.

A great place to live. Good people in our large family. Good food, well protected. Excellent entertainment, dances inside and outside. Lots of activities and games. Parties. Lol

Such a great community for seniors! Pharmacy nearby that delivers, a hairdresser on site, a monthly calendar of activities to participate in. Such a nice variety of things to do and people to visit.

CHARTWELL KAMLOOPS REVIEWS

My father in law has been at Chartwell for a few years now. He is very happy there. We are very happy with how he is treated and all the things they do for him. He is 92 years old in May and was downstairs dancing at one of their get togethers. Absolutely love how the staff treat him and Abby is little dog. Best decision we all ever made was letting him live there. Thank you Chartwell for treating him with love, respect and care.

Great caring staff, great safe facilities, great operation. Like all families, we were anxious to move our Mom into a supported living environment, but Chartwell has made it so much easier. They give exceptional care and still honour the residents' independence. We are very happy with our choice of Chartwell Renaissance.

My dad has been at this Chartwell location for several years now. It feels like a family atmosphere! All the staff know who he is, and who the family is when we visit! They are so caring, and soooo patient with the residents. I would recommend this retirement home to anyone! And the meals are just terrific! Thank you Chartwell!

THE RESIDENCE AT ORCHARDS WALK REVIEWS

I moved into The Residence a year ago and from the first day I have loved living here. Three reasons I chose The Residence were selective seating in dining room so I started sitting with whoever had a spare chair to meet as many of the people as I could and of course found a large group of people as friends. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I went away for five months and when I came back the manager, Jody, brought his truck down to the underground parking to boost my car. Who could ask for more? The choice of dinner and lunch menu is amazing and always tasty, the chef takes our suggestions seriously but really there is so much choice yo can always find something good to eat. The laundry in my room is the third reason I chose The Residence much handier than laundromat. It’s so much fun to go to dinner or the provided entertainment . We have movies on big screen with theatre seats and popcorn, exercise room (I haven’t personally used) large reception areas to entertain our families or guests. As you can tell I’m very happy with my choice to live at The Residence.

Just visited the site but it was very impressive for anyone looking for senior living made simple and comfortable.

My parents live here and I'm really impressed. They are doing a great job keeping them safe.
