East Coast Hearing

I cannot recommend East Coast Hearing and their staff enough, especially Ying the admin assistant! My dad was experiencing extreme pressure in one ear and he was considering flying to Halifax for treatment. After calling East Coast Hearing and speaking with Ying, she immediately jumped into action and called one of their reps for help. Within just 10 minutes, she called me back with three possible locations in St. John's that we could try to find the same service, going above and beyond what we expected. But Ying didn't stop there. The next day, she spoke with Evan, the audiologist on staff at East Coast Hearing, about my dad's situation and she emailed me to pass along another suggestion. With her help, we were able to get my dad an appointment within 24 hours in St. John’s. He has been suffering for over 2 months, so we can't thank Ying and East Coast Hearing enough for their amazing customer service. Their level of care and dedication to their patients is truly outstanding, even for those who aren't their patients. Ying and the East Coast Hearing team clearly prioritize patient care and we sincerely appreciate. Thank you, Ying and East Coast Hearing!

I had an appointment at their Dartmouth location for ear wax removal. I had been deaf in my right ear for 3 weeks prior to the appointment. I saw Audiologist David Cox. My whole experience at East Coast Hearing was pleasant and professional from the receptionist to the Audiologist. David cleared my ear of wax (I could not believe what came out of my ear!) and I can now hear properly again. I do not hesitate to recommend them if you have any issues with your ears or hearing.

Very professional, efficient, effective and worthwhile service. Had it done a few times over the past 10 years or so, but this was the best and most thorough yet. Really appreciate the time taken and overall diligence and patience of Evan, he did a great job. Definitely recommend this clinic/service if/when required.
