Don Valley North Toyota

I've been a customer at DVNT for over 25 years. Today's service experience was so positive that I am compelled to share it! My tire had a slow leak in it over the last month and as I suspected, there was a nail in it. I was upset as I'd just bought a brand new set of tires at my spring service visit. Someone recommended I go to Mr Lube to have it fixed and the staff at Mr Lube were adamant that it could NOT be fixed and "would I like to order a new tire for $330.00?" Happily I was around the corner from DVNT and asked to speak to a service advisor. I was connected with Zaki, a super friendly and customer focused individual who told me they weren't that busy, and if I popped in it would likely be a quick fix while I waited. True to his word, Zaki had the vehicle brought in and within 30 minutes or so, it was patched and tested with no leaks! He explained that although I was over mileage for the Extra Care Protection Plan which might have covered the repair for free, it would be a reasonable fee of $47.99+tax. I was thrilled at the competence, confidence, efficiency and professionalism of the Service Advisor, representing DonValleyNorth Toyota. DVNT is to be congratulated on recruiting and retaining such outstanding representatives.

We would like to thank Simon Lam for all his help when we get our new vehcile. We are very impressed by his professionalism, prompt responses, patience and knowledge. He gave us most useful advice but always respected our decision. We are very lucky to have him as our sales. Definitely we will recommend him to anyone who needs a Toyota vehicle! We can't say enough to thank you, Simon! I will come back to you for our next vehicle for sure!
