Brought my Audi in last week for the first time to Ottostadt and had a great experience through and through. Transparent, highly organized operation and professional staff. The web application they provide to clients gives clear photos and video descriptions of all inspection work. Recommendations and costing breakdowns that followed were very easily understood too, and thoroughly explained. I shared this feedback after pickup, but probably one of the best auto customer experiences I've ever had. Thanks Jonathan and team, you guys run an impressive operation.

This was my second visit to this garage after a 4 tire replacement / balance which went very well. During that visit they assessed that I needed some critical maintenance items fixed. Transfer seal, exhaust bracket , front control arms and right tie rod plus an alignment. This is a garage that has an attention to detail and strives to perfect the work and ensure customer satisfaction. The work performed improved the responsiveness of the vehicle steering and I now feel confident driving it anywhere. Work was completed as promised and the service vehicle made it so convenient to continue with my other work. I highly recommend this garage
