GEM ELECTRICAL SERVICES REVIEWS

Needed to get the wiring into my Hydro meter repaired as the ground had shifted and pulled the wires from the actual meter. The power had to be shut off during the repair and ESO has to approve the work before the hydro can be turned back on. This takes coordination with Hydro One & ESO. I was fortunate to speak with Zach from GEM Electric. He quarterbacked the entire process. Tim and Matt showed up to our home, on time, and did a great job. Both extremely friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They both were consciousnesses and very clean! I would absolutely recommend GEM Electrical for any residential or commercial project. I was impressed with this organization! Huge ‘shout out’ to the rock stars: Zach, Tim & Matt.

The customer service is excellent. Right from setting up an initial appointment to making sure the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Their workmanship was excellent as well; precise, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend GEM to anyone.

Michael black and his partner installed my OTC microwave. They were professional friendly, specific and knowledgeable! Did I mention fast! Well done!

We had Mcvey Electrical work on our home project. It was complicated with us living in the home during this major renovation. The basement was turned into a separate apartment, with its own metre, and main floor was totally updated including a new kitchen, and lastly a separate workshop building was added to the property. The electricians were on site on time, were knowledgeable and hard working. They always kept their work place neat and tidy. The billing was explained and reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

McVey electrical is great to work with. Prompt quote, competitive price, and most of all very informative to help make an informed decision. Will use them again for my electrical needs. Thanks James, you are a pleasure to work with.

Dealt with John, he was very pleasant to speak to and was able to accommodate the limited time I had for an appointment. Managed to come out quickly and connect my dishwasher to the panel. Will definitely be using John again!
