Called prior to arriving. After pumping, they identified a longer term concern. Actually returned later that evening to fix the issue and filled in the second hole. I highly recommend this septic service, very pleased with the work completed!

Amazing service! A coworker recommended Chitters and I'm glad I called. I'm certain anyone else would have just pumped out and that's it, Chitters spotted an issue with my baffle and fixed it on the spot.Thank you!

Called them at 7 in the morning because I needed my septic tank drained for a plumbing repair, they were there within the hour, drained the tank, and even attempted to help unclog the septic tank’s inlet a little in case it would help save me a call to a plumber. I’ll be using them again in the future.

Great family owned business. Called one day here first thing in the morning as promised. Man was very friendly and had great advise. Thank you for your speedy service much appreciated. See you in a couple years

They answered my emergency call for a non- functioning septic tank pump on a Sunday! Will came out , and not only pumped us out - but also located a previously unidentified third tank on the system; and pumped it out as well.
