3 Best HVAC Services in Brantford, ON

I’m extremely happy with Modern Heating. They put in a new furnace, new central air unit, a new hot water tank and fixed my chimney. They responded and had everything installed within days. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and was always on time. Nathan was awesome to deal with and responded back to me asap. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Air conditioner broke down Thursday night, and by Friday noon we had had a service call, determined replacement needed and had arranged for installation on Wednesday. The two man crew who came today were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently providing insight to us as the consumer. Have been customers of Modern for years and don’t feel a need to price compare or shop around as they have always provided quality products and service as needed.

Highly recommend using Modern Heating Brantford for a furnace install. Correspondence was excellent and timing to completion was more than reasonable. Both Nathans, Tim and Tyler were professional, courteous and took the time to both explain the product, installation and operation. Work area was left exceptionally clean. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you.Modern Heating.

Extremely reliable, professional, and very high quality work & equipment. Every employee we have interacted with - Brian, Mitch, Kelly, and the other gentlemen on the crew that did our installation and removal are fantastic to work with and offer great customer service. They helped repair our furnace a year ago and are currently helping us with our water heater situation that was installed by another company and caused water damage in our home. They responded very promptly in both ‘emergency’ situations, kept us informed throughout the process, shared their knowledge, and were patient with questions, dealing with insurance, and coordinating with other contractors. Highly recommend DeBoer HVAC Services.

The service from de Boer HVAC was exceptional. The technician Mitch was on time, polite, professional and extremely thorough. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and planned out an appropriate solution from a timing and price point of view. We cannot think of anything that he could have done better for us. Thank you so much for your help and support for our HVAC needs.

DeBoer HVAC did not disappoint. Called late Monday when I noticed our AC wasn't blowing cold air. I got an appointment first thing Wednesday and they were professional, on time, and easy to work with. It was Great experience and I highly recommend! For any HVAC needs, I'll always call DeBoer HVAC.
