I’m extremely happy with Modern Heating. They put in a new furnace, new central air unit, a new hot water tank and fixed my chimney. They responded and had everything installed within days. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and was always on time. Nathan was awesome to deal with and responded back to me asap. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Air conditioner broke down Thursday night, and by Friday noon we had had a service call, determined replacement needed and had arranged for installation on Wednesday. The two man crew who came today were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently providing insight to us as the consumer. Have been customers of Modern for years and don’t feel a need to price compare or shop around as they have always provided quality products and service as needed.

Extremely reliable, professional, and very high quality work & equipment. Every employee we have interacted with - Brian, Mitch, Kelly, and the other gentlemen on the crew that did our installation and removal are fantastic to work with and offer great customer service. They helped repair our furnace a year ago and are currently helping us with our water heater situation that was installed by another company and caused water damage in our home. They responded very promptly in both ‘emergency’ situations, kept us informed throughout the process, shared their knowledge, and were patient with questions, dealing with insurance, and coordinating with other contractors.
