ACCESS STORAGE BRANTFORD REVIEWS

I can't speak any more highly of the Brantford (Gretzky Parkway) location of Access Storage. While the facilities are secure, clean, and overall very nice, it is the staff there who have impressed me most. Several times throughout my time renting a unit at Access Storage, I encountered a number of challenges in my own personal life which had nothing to do with the company or its staff. For example, a couple times my payment was a few days late. The staff were extremely respectful in helping me address this issue. The biggest challenge I experienced was losing the keys to my unit. Thankfully, I am not the first person to do so. The staff and manager at Access Storage were amazing. They helped find a solution that resulted in my getting access to my unit quickly and easily. Even more, they did so in a kind and respectful manner. Some people would have added to my embarrassment and stress. Not these folks. They were fantastic. The only reason I stopped renting at unit was that I moved to a new house that had sufficient space to hold my belongings. If I ever need to rent a storage space again, I will return to these folks. Its not even a question in my mind.

The staff at Access Storage at 101 Wayne Gretzky were so amazing. They sure helped me through a tough time. They were so helpful, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone needing to store their belongings. Very nice clean place. Great staff. I can't thank them enough. Thank you.

PUBLIC STORAGE BRANTFORD REVIEWS

Beautiful facility. Very clean! It's so nice to have an indoor loading bay for those bad weather days. Prices of packing materials are cheaper than other places in town. Always someone at the desk when you walk in. Good gate code entry for security as well as other layers of security. Billing cycle is monthly on the same day each month instead of every 4 weeks with other places causing 13 months of payments when staying for a full year. Facility has heating vents at each entrance as well as ample trolleys. Very happy.

I like this place. The indoor loading bay is a life saver to be out of the rain, cold, heat, and snow. Jana and Sasan have always been helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Only downside is it's a bit pricey.

One Employee on duty but she made us welcome and showed us the locker and did not rush things. Location is very clean and well lit.

If you need storage this is the place excellent customer service, in fact, the gentleman who was working volunteered to help me push a large item into storage and didn't complain at all. it seems very safe and well organized I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family. thanks, Dan excellent service

I can honestly say that if I need storage once again, Fort Henry is the place to go. The facility is clean, modern & safe and the staff is amazing. Dan and Del are always going out of their way and are attentive to your needs. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to keep their things safe until they're ready to move on.

Excellent. Clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. Lots of storage options as well.
