Called about some carpenter ants. Brad was awesome explained everything over phone, giving me some great advice. Brad soon came out, educated me on the situation. super friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable, he really wants to help customer. price was great, lower than comparables. If I have any issues in the future I'll definitely be using Progressive Pest Control and spreading the word.

Unbelievable, friendly, amazing work, on time, Shobhan Singh was great. He did a wonderful job and came in 3 times to make sure that the house was completely clear. Then came in to confirm that all was good to go. Thank you from all the family.

We had an ant problem in our driveway and tried several different traps over a few weeks, but nothing worked. We finally started calling a few different exterminators in the area and Rentokil had given us by far the best price. They sent over Marina, who was professional, punctual, and thorough. She worked quickly to spray our driveway and around our entire house. It's been over a month now and the ants haven't returned. It was an excellent experience. We highly recommend Rentokil and Marina.

Darren was delightful to deal with and was very professional. He had a great attitude and helps prevent our pest control very well! 10/10 would recommend.

Jaspal was Very kind, professional, helpful and informative with all my questions. Great customer service.

Not only do they check to see if we are up to the standards we want to be at, they make suggestions as to how we can exceed expectation’s. Pest control isn’t just for when there is a problem… it is something we need to be preventative. I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Carrie and Steve and awesome! Carrie was very nice, helpful, and understanding to our needs.. Steve was amazing, came right over and took care of our issue of rats. Extremely knowledgeable, explained things well, and even disposed of them. Highly recommend! If I could give more than five stars, I would give 100! Thank you.

Really good experience so far with First Defence. Steve came by the next day, gave me a reasonable quote, and did the work at a reasonable price.
