The Hardwood Flooring Stores

Just had a second great experience getting flooring at The Hardwood Flooring Store. The owner, Ron, is a long-time family friend, so I made the drive from the west end of Toronto to Markham. It was definitely worth the trip. Ron and his staff hooked me up with a great deal. The floor I wanted wasn't in stock but it arrived within the week. Very happy to support a family business over the big box stores. I really appreciate their commitment to prioritizing Canadian and sustainably sourced products.

My first impression was that the staff was not as warm as I would like but I had great service from Darren. He thought ahead, had installers come in to meet my tight timeline, and made things right after a glitch (which happens in any business). Installers showed up when they said they would - very friendly. The floors look GORGEOUS!! Let’s see how they last.
