I was hesitant to join in the beginning because I’m a new mom- and had no idea what I was doing. I met with Victoria, and she explained what would be best for me to get started- she got me a food guide and started my membership. She paired me to an amazing PT named Alex, and I am absolutely in love with you and her training techniques. She has helped me lose almost 30 lbs since December. And I would 100% recommend this gym!!

I have been coming to this gym for over 6 months and the experience has been terrific!It has really nice and well-maintained facilities including a swimming pool and big training center. Kudos to my personal trainer Joseph! He is very professional and knowledgeable and he always make my time with him enjoyable and at the same time productive. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking to improve his or her physical performance! 5 stars!

I hold a membership with Good life fitness in this branch, and they have many amenities. Swimming Pool, Locker, shower, washroom, steam bath, Hot tub, Group session, Basketball court. Apart from that regular equipment for a gym. Located in a very good place.
