Gym du Plateau

I had a fantastic experience at Gym du Plateau. They have all the equipment you could ask for, including free weights, cable weights, a variety of cardio machines, and areas for stretching. Charlotte at the front desk was exceptional—professional, friendly, and efficient. She guided me through the sign-up process, provided a thorough tour, and patiently addressed all my inquiries. The gym's top-notch equipment selection and outstanding service made it an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Here in Montreal for a summer internship and needed to find a good gym. Don't know how to speak French but all the staff I have spoken to were very nice and helped me out. The gym itself is also good, it's got all the equipment I need, and a cool atmosphere.

Best gym on the plateau mont-royal, by far. A must in the neighborhood. I've been doing it for several years and I love it! The staff and customers are friendly, have an easy and pleasant conversation. The equipment is the best in the industry, perfectly maintained and often renewed. You won't regret joining this gym!
