My experience was great, from the time I booked the appointment to when the Technician ( Andy) showed up. Andy was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. He even wiped the dust off the outside of the furnace as well as inside, besides vacuuming everything. Andy also went over air conditioner inspection and what to watch for if something went wrong. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left, leaving a report with me so I had something for my records. Thanks Andy for a job well done.

Water heater replacement/installation. Christian, the technician who completed the replacement/installment, was polite, kind, and efficient. He inquired as to the original issue with the tank and as another tech was sent earlier, he inquired as to what had been completed. Once he finished installing the new tank, he explained how it worked regarding where the dial setting should be and maintenance. There was no mess to clean up when completed! Much appreciated!

The team at Reliance in Brantford was amazing to work with. Understanding that my budget had limits and the AC needed to be repaired ASAP (due to a serious heat wave) Jesse and the 2 technicians that did the install were polite, informative, responsive and prompt. Everything from helping me apply for a rebate to putting mats down to protect my floors all of it went smoothly. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
