I was very skeptical the hypnotherapy was working, but after the second session I made a major emotional breakthrough. I've been going for 10 years with a trauma I never knew I had. I was able to fully release my "block" and I feel absolutely fantastic! I feel like a different person! Years of therapy with multiple doctors, nothing compares to what she has helped me accomplish. I'm going to continue going to work on healthier habits. Lisa makes everything feel achievable, she guides you so easily. You're fully conscious and aware of all that's going on. For me it was a little scary because I didn't want to confront things. But Lisa was a phenomenal guide, I felt safe knowing she'd be there for me. You have to work and make the changes yourself, but with Lisa's guidance you won't feel alone. You won't feel judged. You won't feel bad if you take a couple steps backwards. Highly recommend her! I feel like I can finally breathe and move on with my life. I'm free!

I had never been to hypnotherapy before but I went with an open mind and a positive attitude and my first session was a very pleasant experience. I was surprised though that I did not feel "hypnotized", at least not what I assumed it would feel to be hypnotized. I expected it would be more of a transe like state but I felt in my session, that I could just pop open my eyes at anytime. Yet I was able to follow along and listen to Lisa's every word. And, I was able to visualize from her suggestions. Lisa is very professional, gentle & caring and explains everything very well and guides you through the process. I will definately go back for a reinforcement session! I believe my session has helped me feel much better physically and emotionally with staying on track and knowing I am taking better care of myself.

This was my first ever hypnotherapy session, and I’m so glad it was Lisa. She has beautiful energy and provides an amazing immersive experience in a comforting atmosphere. I received some valuable insight and left feeling like an improved version of myself. You will not be disappointed.
