Me and my husband and two friends went to see Rosa to quit smoking. Rose thought i would even need multiple sessions. But all of us walked out a non-smoker, and it has been over 4 years now for all of us. Never once have I ever picked up a cigarette and even taken a drag since that day. Highly recommend. But you really need to be very ready to quit. Not like, hey, my friend, quit. By doing this, maybe I should try." No, it should be. I am really ready to quit, but I need a bit of help.
