I had a basement upgrade for my dated 1970s looking space. They had to demolish my bar and remove a lot of annoying stucco and create a better looking laundry room and office space. I met with Susan who was so personable and down to earth and helped make decisions based on my budget. Then I worked with Julia who helped me see the vision in a matterport scan . That was my favorite part, since I have challenges when it comes to envisioning a space. Once I saw the idea she had for how my basement would look, I was so excited and ready to start! The project managers were really efficient at telling how much time the project would take and they made sure it took less than the time specified. I was really impressed with the speed in which the construction guys worked. Everything was demolished in one day! Only 2 workers. They were respectful of my home and removed their shoes or placed a blanket to cover as they walked through my living room. It did get very dusty all over the house but it was Worth it now because my basement has been transformed to a liveable space that I now absolutely Love . Thank you Susan and the whole team . I highly recommend you!

It was such a positive experience working with Spaice to renovate my basement! Every segment from design to the construction was nicely coordinated and I was very satisfied with the service they provided along the way. The designers Carol and Julia were very experienced and gave amazing suggestions to the layout, design and finishes. Project managers Peter and Tony were also very professional in procuring the materials and overseeing the project. I would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their homes.
