Titans Martial Arts and Fitness

I've trained in many gyms, few different martial arts, some good, some not so good, but Titans, titans is a good one. I felt welcomed coming in, The coach actually spends time with you adjusting your technique and he gives us enough material to challenge ourselves. They don't have it posted on their website but if you ask, they will let you drop in for a class to try it out. Be ready to sweat though.

Titans is an awesome gym for kids interested in kick boxing or jiu jitsu. The quality of teaching and time spent on proper technique puts this gym above others. Kevin and Tim are both great teachers and appreciate the extra support in private lessons from Peter. Everyone is super welcoming.

I go to boxing classes here and it is fantastic! The people are so welcoming and open yet still strict. I am part of a family and slowly getting stronger now.
