Amazing service!!! The gym itself is very clean and new and all the employees are professional and courteous. The people in customer service are also always very courteous and welcoming. I really appreciated Michaël's welcome during my appointments. I was followed for a long time at PhysioExtra place Saint-Henri for a back injury. I started with a first line program (with physiotherapist and occupational therapist) and then I followed a second line program (with physiotherapist, occupational therapist and kinesiologist). I really enjoyed my experience with the whole team! All team members are very professional, punctual and experienced!! The team works in interdisciplinarity to ensure complete care for patients, which ensures a very good continuity of care and fluidity in it. I greatly thank Laura, Lara, Ariane, Émilie, Louise, Usman and Frédérick for their support and help throughout my experience with them!! They gave me a lot of encouragement, advice and exercises (which I continue to practice every week by the way! ;) ). They kept me motivated and personalized my care throughout the process. They listen and work in partnership with patients to achieve their goals. I really felt understood and supported throughout my experience at the clinic, which was really appreciated. All the team members work together and seem very motivated and passionate about their work, which is very nice and encouraging to see.
