I have been going to Timeless Optical for all my eye wear for years now and have never had an issue. Winnie is the most patient and lovely owner I have ever met. She gives her time to each customer and actually cares for her clients. Now living in Victoria, I still will only go to this specific business because of the customer service I receive. Yes, I make sure to stop by when I come from Victoria!! I so appreciate the sunglasses are sanitized between clients. My hubby and I both came here for our optical needs. The staff is amazing! Friendly, efficient, cares about your needs. Very informative which made me feel at ease and I just loved the selection and options available! Also they were so accommodating that if they don’t have what you want in stock, it may be ordered! Not only that, it’s so convenient as if you’re going though your work benefits, depending on who you benefit with they can actually charge the benefit program direct! I will definitely be coming back for all my optical needs! Thank u guys!

Winnie and her team were amazing. They assisted with picking out a great pair of Maui Jim polarize sunglasses which helps me see better. Their service is top notch and the whole process was painless. Definitely worth a visit!
