Everyone is very patient and kind. The doctor was very clear explaining my situation and very professional. The lady doing the numbers and showing the frames was incredibly attentive and at all times was looking after our comfort. Never pushing for us to get features we didn't need.

I came in on March 3 2023. As I could not wear my new glasses. I saw eye specialist yesterday who thought the measurements were possible off. Kellyopie was very helpful, and was careful when she took the time to measure my glasses, eyes etc. she as well had another person to check the new measurements She explained the newer lens so I’m more hopeful I won’t be getting headaches from the new glasses. This is such a helpful office for emergency care! I had an urgent concern and ended up here after calling around to a few places. They were able to squeeze me in and were really kind and helpful getting me set up with a referral appointment to a specialist.
