Absolutely stellar service, from start to finish. We decided to see Dr. Bach for a quote after receiving an outrageous estimate from another orthodontist practice. Not only did Dr. Bach explain that he could do half the work for half the price with the exact same results, he also went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and listened to. Two years later, and my daughter's teeth are straight and the process went without a glitch. Dr. Bach is a perpetual ray of sunshine--always chipper, kind, energetic, and patient. He has handpicked the best possible staff, who are so caring and talented. Dr. Bach is very caring, experienced & professional! The whole treatment for me took a bit more than 2 years and I didn’t experience any significant pain or issue at all.
