Dale Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the sales process of choosing our pool, and in coordinating the installation, making sure we were informed of the steps and that things went well. As first-time pool owners, since the install Dale has always helped us and pointed us in the right direction with any maintenance questions. Pioneer Pools Brantford installed our 16x34 inground pool this year. Purchasing a pool is a huge decision and has a number of elements required to get it completed in a timely manner. We worked with Josh and Mike for our pool and not only were they the most organized and knowledgeable but overall they were the most cost effective.
