Roberge Portes et Fenêtres

Il y à 2 ans nous avons fait changer notre porte d'entrée par Roberge. Nous avons tellement été satisfait par le service et le professionnalisme du vendeur Claude Lemay que nous sommes de retour pour une porte patio! Encore une fois toujours aussi bon service! After months of research last summer 2023 , consulting with neighbors & knowing it was serious time to consider having some work executed in our 29 year old Town House at 282 Jules-Bordet , Gatineau, Quebec. To replace 3 sets of widows, facing south with insulation integrity beginning to deteriorate & to upgrade thermal properties ! I commenced to shop around and get informed of procedures with a few well known fabricators & installation companies with very costly and Long wait times for service ! Then I remembered , a window and door fabricator on Maloney Boulevard , In Gatineau called Roberge, and dropped in to view and get informed !!! The Best Move I ever did ; I requested to speak to a knowledgeable personnel who was bilingual and could educate me further in my quest for good service ! This where a Gentleman by the name of M. Claude Lemay came over to greet me ! I relayed my plight for explanation & service..... what a consummate professional & very knowledgeable person with a facility with customers while explaining the process of this ordeal .... which was not an ordeal ! He explained who he was and his vast experience. he really made this a pleasurable investment experience....... this professional made us, wife and I comfortable to sign with he and his company Roberge Prote et Fenetre! - Jacques D
