Ashtanga Yoga Victoria

I have been practicing at this yoga studio for a year and a half now, and have always been greeted exceptionally well by all staff members. You can count on this studio to be exceptionally and consistently clean, professionally managed, and friendly. This is my second home and I’m beyond grateful to be part of such a thriving and vibrant community. Thank you Ashtanga Yoga for creating such a safe and beautiful haven for so many avid Yoga practitioners.

I came to Victoria for work, and sought out Ashtanga Yoga Victoria as it was recommended by my own teacher. I found this to be a warm, welcoming, inclusive space to practice. The teachers were amazing and the opportunity for Mysore practice at various times during the day was perfect. It was so wonderful to have a variety teachers throughout my time there. I love the studio and the community it creates. I started practicing Ashtanga yoga four years ago and absolutely love it. Mysore style practices allow me to learn and practice at my own pace; the individual adjustments by the teachers make a huge difference; the teachers are positive, and encouraging, friendly and caring - the teachers know your name after the first class; I absolutely love the community it creates after 4 years. I feel mentally and physically stronger than ever! Thank you to the amazing teachers and group of yogis there - you are an inspiration to me.
