Amazing service, and incredible staff. I've enjoyed almost every class I've been to and the studio is beautiful and very clean. My favorite classes are Monday evening hot yoga, Tuesday and Thursday evening hot barre, and Friday morning hot yoga. If you come regularly, you will see results in your body and mentality! I received many compliments from friends even after the two week trial. I just wish they offered mats and towels to monthly pass holders, and had hair ties, moisturizer and spray deodorant in the change rooms. However it really is an amazing studio and I encourage you to become part of their wonderful community.

Beautiful studio and great vibes. Andre, the staff, and clients are all so friendly. I definitely recommend visiting this yoga space for both Yoga and Pilates classes. Miel is absolutely brilliant. Her classes are challenging and fun, and the energy and positive vibes that she brings to the experience are contagious. I so appreciate her empowering presence. My favourite class is Hot yoga with Nuha, she really puts her all into each class and I love a class that makes you challenge yourself but also leaves room for you to go at your own pace. I find she is one of the only yoga instructors to actually bother to do the yoga positions with you. 5 star rating because of her :)
