I was referred to yoga by my doctor after a herniated disc and a lifelong back problem. I had never done any yoga before and was recommended Shanti by a friend. That was 4 years ago. My back hasn't hurt a day since. Great place to start if you've never done yoga before. The teachers are very understanding and encouraging and it has great vibe. Highly recommend to anyone curious about trying yoga or dealing with a back problem. Life changer for me.
I dropped in for a class while visiting Halifax and had a great experience! First time doing hot yoga and I am totally a fan! Andrew was an amazing instructor and the environment is super inviting and relaxing. Great vibes.
Shanti Hot Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio with a great community. There is an excellent variety of classes and options. I enjoy the Friday after work class and find its the best way to start the weekend.
