Veda Yoga and Wellness

Veda Yoga has been my go to studio since I began attending it in 2020! The studio is a comfortable and welcoming place with great people. I have attended many classes over the years with gentle and essentials being my favourites! I also love the day & weekend retreats, New Moon ceremonies, hand & foot detoxes, and the Indian Head massage. I highly recommend Veda Yoga to anyone looking for a new yoga & wellness studio!

Veda has been a wonderful addition to my life. Sophie and her team do an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome, safe, and nurtured. The wide variety of classes allows for a holistic experience of yoga and keeps things fresh. I so appreciate the emphasis on quieting the mind and taking care of yourself. I especially love the lunch-time offerings, which make it easy for me to get away from my desk, move, and re-energize every day. Couldn't recommend more highly!
