Yoga at the Quay

I absolutely love Yoga at the Quay!! I’ve been waiting a long time for a proper yoga studio to open in New West and Laura’s space does not disappoint. I look forward to each class and leave feeling amazing every time! I am a beginner at Yoga, and Laura makes sure the classes are friendly for every level of experience and body type!

Yoga at the Quay is the studio I have been hunting for. A place that welcomes everyone. Deeply rooted in the traditional practice of Yoga consistently weaving in philosophy through all teachings. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Bhakti Practice and the Bhagavad Gita through the 6-week course they are offering. So thankful to be a part of this space and cannot wait for more to come!

I have had such great experiences with the yoga spa on Sundays and the the Yinstorative on Thursdays . The instructors and the classes have helped me heal my injuries and experience deep connection and relaxation in a very noisy world. Thanks to Laura and her work in the community and for creating such a great space !! I highly recommend Yoga at the Quay .
