I wanted to give a shout out to Skeedaddle. Very impressed. After working to block access holes in an attempt to stop mice from getting into the attic I was still catching mice. I contacted Skeedaddle and asked them to come out and do the job. Matthew came out and took a look at our situation. He said that I had done a very good job at blocking holes. He pointed out a couple areas that I had missed.He said that I should check those and if I was still having problems he would come back. When I asked him how much I owed him for the visit he said no charge,he hadn't done anything.

Great experience. Skedaddle is well known to our neighbourhood. They care about the species and do good work. Questions are welcomed and answered. Everything from the initial quote (by Curtis) to the on-site work (by Spencer, Grady and Raf) was A+. I hope we don't have to have them back for any reason (LOL) but if we do, their lifetime guarantee is definitely a nice-to-have.

John, the owner, went above and beyond taking time to make sound recommendations to deal with raccoons living under our deck even though we hadn’t yet hired him. When he did come to our home to put mesh all around our deck, he was professional, meticulous and patient. He did excellent work in a complex setting at a reasonable price. He even helped my husband to screw back composite boards on our deck even though this was not part of the scope of work. All in all, a great job by a great guy. Thank you John.
