MIDAS REVIEWS

Performed a simple oil change for which I provided the oil and filter. I paid a reasonable price for the labour portion. The service was done on time and the inside of the car was kept clean. Staff were great and my instructions were shared with the mechanic. The only improvement I can suggest is the waiting room. Coffee station was not replenished or kept clean. They should add a few magazines and a TV for clients to pass the time. I will return for my next oil change.

Matt is hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that makes sense. The quality of his work is excellent, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can really tell he cares about his customers and their cars. I highly recommend Matt if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy.

Thank you so much to Gregg and the mechanics at Midas on Bank for a quick oil change. I am very happy with the service I received and the kindness I was treated with. It was a bonus that I could get a bit of work done in their comfortable waiting area while my car was being serviced. Many thanks and I will be back in the future.

We had driven by their shop loads of times, but it was based upon some great reviews by neighbours that we decided to give Roy Rump and Sons a try. I called at opening on a Monday morning to buy a new set of summer tires. They ordered, received and put the tires on the car all by noon that day. They had great communication throughout the morning and I appreciate the report that they sent when the work was done. We will definitely plan to take our car to Roy Rump again in the future.

The team at Roy Rump and Sons is fantastic. I know who worked on my car - they send photos. Also, a free inspection of my visible brakes was done during a seasonal tire change, with comments and photos. My lights were checked, also free. Roy Rump and Sons go above and beyond, giving verified documented service. I highly recommend them.

I was quite satisfied with the service provided from Roy Rump & Sons Tire and Auto Centre. My tires were balanced and the drive was smooth. Feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of, I will return to have my vehicle serviced by them again. Thank you.

I was looking to add a lift kit and was referred to Roy Barber by a friend. They were great to deal with from the start. They had me bring my truck down so they could give an accurate estimate. After they looked at it they gave me my estimate and we booked in for the following week. They got everything installed the same day. Truck looks great. Everyone I dealt with was great. Very courteous and polite. The owner even called me the next day to see if I was happy with everything. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for everything.

Not your typical mechanics. I've been a client of Roy Barber Services for many years, I won't go anywhere else. I walked into their business a female who knows very little about vehicles and I have always found them honest, reliable, reasonable but most of all, they are patient.
