Performed a simple oil change for which I provided the oil and filter. I paid a reasonable price for the labour portion. The service was done on time and the inside of the car was kept clean. Staff were great and my instructions were shared with the mechanic. The only improvement I can suggest is the waiting room. Coffee station was not replenished or kept clean. They should add a few magazines and a TV for clients to pass the time. I will return for my next oil change.

Matt is hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that makes sense. The quality of his work is excellent, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can really tell he cares about his customers and their cars. I was looking to add a lift kit and was referred to Roy Barber by a friend. They were great to deal with from the start. They had me bring my truck down so they could give an accurate estimate. After they looked at it they gave me my estimate and we booked in for the following week. They got everything installed the same day. Truck looks great. Everyone I dealt with was great. Very courteous and polite. The owner even called me the next day to see if I was happy with everything. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for everything.

Not your typical mechanics. I've been a client of Roy Barber Services for many years, I won't go anywhere else. I walked into their business a female who knows very little about vehicles and I have always found them honest, reliable, reasonable but most of all, they are patient. They care about their customers and client service is important to them. Highly recommended!!!
