Obasan is incredible. Their products are all very high quality. Their customer service is phenomenal. You can tell they care about their customers, the environment, and their staff. Ever since I've discovered Obasan (almost a decade ago), I couldn't wait to move out and purchase their mattress and foundation. I finally did and I was not disappointed. Not one bit. If you are thinking about buying their products, just go for it! You will not regret it. I am still loving my mattress, pillows, foundation, and mattress protector. It feels great to be sleeping on all organic and natural material -- no toxic emissions. Not only that, but it's so soft, comfortable, and cozy. The only thing I'm missing are the bed sheets which I will definitely buy once they are back in stock. I, without a doubt, recommend Obasan. Thank you so much.

The pillow was a gift for my daughter so I can't comment on the pillow itself. But I would like to comment on the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery (a FedEx issue!). When I reached out to Obasan's customer service department, I received an immediate response and an offer to replace the pillow if it did not arrive. Fortunately, the pillow did arrive but I was extremely impressed with how Obasan handled everything. Thank yyou so much.

Their customer service is incredible. When I was not initially satisfied with my purchase I was very pleased that all my questions were answered and solutions were offered. They did not hesitate to respond to my requests, as well as provide me with ample information so I could have a better understanding of their products. They accommodated delivery to be rescheduled to coordinate when my home care worker would be available. Delivery was equally prompt and courteous. I debated about my purchase, I can honestly say the service was provided regardless of my price range.

We also received on-time delivery and quick set up. We liked the overall experience and got a good deal as well.

A fantastic place with knowledgeable staff. My fiancee and I purchased our first real bed here and the staff were exceptional, walked us through the store showing us different beds and pillow combinations and overall made us lifetime customers.
