This guys are the best, have the best team. Kayla and the Manager are Special beings. All you’ve to do is listen to them and do exactly what they tell you to do, when they fix your car, it will be hard for anyone to believe that you had a collision. I highly recommend Simplicity!!, they deserve 10 stars.

What a caring and professional team you have at this location. From drop off to pick up Kayla and her team made the process simple and easy. Great work done by the properly trained group of workers as well. A1 service. Would recommend anytime!!!

They did an excellent job of repairing my front bumper. It looks better now than it did before it got damaged. Really great service and it always easy to get a hold of the office.

Definitely good service and proficiency for body works! My car got small dents and line scratches on the rear door. It’s very tricky and tough to fix. Alex is able to fix it perfectly with a reasonable price. My car looks so much better now! Alex even washed my car before I pick it up, which is really considerate!

Absolutely delighted with the quality and service. Quick turnaround with quote request. Timely responses. Alex exceeded my expectations by having my car ready less than 24 hours of bringing it in. Pricing was competitive.

Nobody ever wants to go to an auto shop, but when you have to, this is the place to go. The sign of a great shop is their willingness to go to war for you. Their team called up 4+ of their contacts to identify the best price and all available options for the repair. For the record, they did offer among the best prices in town. Once I decided to go with them, they sourced the parts in a timely manner, painted it and booked me in for the work ahead of the schedule. How was the work itself? Well take a look at the pictures! Fantastic colour match on the paint, securely mounted and no blemishes after a morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up (so fast too!). Not to mention, the friendly and knowledgeable staff meant I actually enjoyed my time in the shop. So next time you make a mistake on the highway, MK will make it go away!
