Ive recently purchased a brother machine and I couldn’t be happier! The service was phenomenon. They were kind, mindful of my budget and needs and recommended a great product. Not only that, I was able to schedule a class to learn how to use my machine and it was fantastic! Yasmin is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind! I will most certainly be going back.

I recently purchased a Babylock Zest from these wonderful people and I was totally satisfied with the advice and service from start to finish. They are knowledgeable and helpful when asked for advice. I will definitely continue shopping here for my future sewing needs.

These folks are friendly, organized, knowledgeable and very good at what they do! I took my old sewing machine in for a tune up and cleaning and now it runs smooth as butter! What a pleasure to sew with a machine that runs so well. I’m really happy! Highly recommend this service!

This is truly my “happy place”. Jo and her staff are always helpful, even if they need to refer you elsewhere. The store is a fabricologist’s paradise …my car often drives there on auto pilot ! A real gem of a business !

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I know nothing about sewing and came in with a broken kayak back band. The staff didn’t only advice me on how to fix it but actually went out of their way and stitched up the back band for me using their machines! Highly recommend this place.

The staff here are super kind, and are always willing to answer questions and help. They go above and beyond and it feels like family.

I purchased two new machines from Mitra today. She knows her machines and gave some great advise. If you are new to sewing or have been sewing for years Mitra is a great resource for supplies and other information.

This place has literally changed my life! I have been coming here for a bit now and everything I get out of here is pure quality and excellent service! I was offered free sewing classes after purchasing some machines! I do not go anywhere else for supplies. This place makes you feel like you’re a part of their family.

Great experience and great customer service. Mitra is very good at her job and I highly recommend her to people that are getting ready for weddings.
