Fantastic first experience! Ordered a bunch of their custom cut-to-order spokes. Responsive and prompt communication, attention to detail and speed. Free shipping over $30 is the icing on the cake. Top notch. I'll be back for more and recommending to all my rider pals. Hell, even to my rider enemies.

Busted my front tire on my way to an appointment this morning. Lucky for me, Full Cycle was super close by! They replaced my tube right away and quickly so I could get myself back home. Friendly service too and quite a few employees were available to handle the multiple customers. Thank you!!

Went in to inquire about buying a bike. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me decide which bike best fit my needs and price range. I will definitely be going back!

FRESH AIR EXPERIENCE REVIEWS

I've been very impressed by Fresh Air's fastidious and pleasant service, especially from John and Cam. A bike that I bought there turned out to be impossible to assemble properly (manufacturers' problem; not Fresh Air's) and they tried very hard to make it work for me. Instead, I decided to refurbish my existing gravel bike and that work was done expediently and well. You get the feeling you are dealing with honest people who don't try to oversell you. Also, as an older woman it is a treat to deal with another older woman _ although not as old as I am!

The team here is absolutely spectacular. Whilst travelling to Ottawa for National XC Ski Champs, one of our skis was damaged and we were not able to repair it in time for the race. One of the staff from the shop lent a pair of her race skis to our athlete for the week, even though she was racing as well! The shop even marked the wax pocket for us. Thank you BP and Fresh Air Experience!

All staff very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Tim, who repairs and tunes bicycles, takes time to explain why certain parts need to be replaced, and which parts are still working well so do not need to be replaced. Fresh Air Experience gives its customers a wonderful experience.

What a great and knowledgeable group of guys. I was having trouble taking my tubeless tires off the rim and called in to see if they could help me. They removed the tires and set up my other set of tires with tubes on the spot. I was there a total of 15 minutes! And the fee was minimal! I am so happy with their service!

Great local bike shop! Dave and Kent are extremely knowledgeable and can assist you with any biking related need. Most of all, this shop stand outs by putting its customers first and priding itself on honesty. Its motto after all is "Leisure with Dignity".

My go-to bike shop in Ottawa. Great mechanics, kind people, honest assessments. It’s where I go to fix the problems other bike shops made.
