These guys are great! We had a cracked window in the front door to our office. One of the guys came out the day after I called for an estimate to inspect the window. They gave me an estimate and I paid the deposit. Few weeks later I got a call from Nasir, he let me know the time and date he’d arrive to install the new window. Once he arrived the window was fixed incredibly quickly. The new window looks fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had the tech named Nasir come in today to install a broken window, he did a great job. Nasir was very polite and knowledgeable. I’m impressed with his work ethics , he was right on time to our appointment and called ahead before his arrival. I highly recommend him. The window is now good as New. Thank you Nasir.

Very quick response and at a reasonable price! Nasir was extremely helpful and professional. He left his number for us to contact if we have any questions about installing other windows. Wont hesitate to recommend.

Extremely deceptive business practices. Paid $282.50 to Window Medics Ottawa in May 2026 for an ineffective window de-fogging. Paid a further $209.05 deposit to technician Nasir Mahmood in August 2026 for replacement glass promised for early September. It is now late October, no glass has arrived, and owner Michael Joasil and his "Window Medics Team" are completely evading emails, texts and calls. Their "call centre" trick promises a call back but this only happens if you pretend to be a brand-new customer looking to spend money. Avoid this company at all costs. - Nathan Harris Reply

ECOLINE WINDOWS REVIEWS

Kyril and Stepan did a great job installing our custom double exterior french doors that replaced our old sliding doors. They arrived right on time and work very efficiently. They took their time to do everything to perfection, from preparing the opening, installing the new doors and making sure that they were perfectly level. They did a very neat and efficient job of insulating all around the new doorframe with expanding foam and perfectly caulked all around the exterior frame. They take their work seriously and are very neat and professional. We will use their services again!! Highly recommended!.

We just had a sliding door installed for our patio and are very pleased with the result! Kirill and Evgen installed the door in a very timely manner, and Vitali made the initial process very easy. Couldn’t recommend Ecoline enough if you’re in need of a new door or windows.

Ivan and Ruslan installed windows for us this week. It was a very hot week and they did an amazing job. There was a small issue that they took care of very quickly. They were extremely nice, easy to talk to. I’d recommend them 10 times out of 10.

VERDUN WINDOWS AND DOORS REVIEWS

Over the past two years, we had all of the windows and doors replaced on our 24+ year old home. Prior to that (about 15 years ago), we had them replace windows in our previous home, including installing a bow window. Verdun has done a tremendous job, from measurement, installation, and after-care. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact have recommended them to family members who have gone on to use them. Wonderful company.

The windows arrived in excellent condition. The install team was incredible. Worked meticulously, with care and detail. They were excellent installers and removal of old windows. They were polite and informative. Cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Patrick and Ivan. Only hiccup is basement windows were wrong size. They will be reordered and installed later on.

Just passing on my thanks for the amazing job that Sacha done on the replacement of my door, it was top notch. He did an outstanding job - very professional and every attention to detail was followed including removal of my old door and clean-up. This was my third installation that the Verdun Tm had done for me. Again, please pass on my thanks for the awesome job that Sacha did plus to Andrew, your Sales Rep, who made this journey run smoothly from start to its completion.
