Unfortunately due to weather and extenuating circumstances we were not able to use their services. But the initial service provided and the no hassle refund of my deposit made me give a 5 star review. Usually you would never see that money again. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity in making things right.

This is the second time we've had Capitall Windows replace our windows in our home, and as always they did a spectacular job. Not only are they super fast, but they are extremely good. They replaced 13 windows in our bungalow (8 on the main floor, 5 in the basement) within 2 days, from removal of the old windows to the installation of the new ones, including all inside & outside trim and caulking. Perfect fit and finish, as well as the best caulking we have ever seen done by any company. From initial consult to end of job, they are super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Well done, guys.

I had 13 windows replaced and the entire process from the first contact with this company to the final installation was very unexpected, in a good way. Their quote, first of all, came in the best of all by 1000's. The follow-up visit for window measurement was the next week.. and within 4 weeks we were surprised that we were booked in already, everything set to go. Very polite and professional installers completed the task within 2 days and we are very happy with the new windows. Would recommend Capitall to anyone needing windows.

These guys are great! We had a cracked window in the front door to our office. One of the guys came out the day after I called for an estimate to inspect the window. They gave me an estimate and I paid the deposit. Few weeks later I got a call from Nasir, he let me know the time and date he’d arrive to install the new window. Once he arrived the window was fixed incredibly quickly. The new window looks fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had the tech named Nasir come in today to install a broken window, he did a great job. Nasir was very polite and knowledgeable. I’m impressed with his work ethics , he was right on time to our appointment and called ahead before his arrival. I highly recommend him. The window is now good as New. Thank you Nasir.

Very quick response and at a reasonable price! Nasir was extremely helpful and professional. He left his number for us to contact if we have any questions about installing other windows. Wont hesitate to recommend.

Over the past two years, we had all of the windows and doors replaced on our 24+ year old home. Prior to that (about 15 years ago), we had them replace windows in our previous home, including installing a bow window. Verdun has done a tremendous job, from measurement, installation, and after-care. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact have recommended them to family members who have gone on to use them. Wonderful company.

The windows arrived in excellent condition. The install team was incredible. Worked meticulously, with care and detail. They were excellent installers and removal of old windows. They were polite and informative. Cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Patrick and Ivan. Only hiccup is basement windows were wrong size. They will be reordered and installed later on.

Just passing on my thanks for the amazing job that Sacha done on the replacement of my door, it was top notch. He did an outstanding job - very professional and every attention to detail was followed including removal of my old door and clean-up. This was my third installation that the Verdun Tm had done for me. Again, please pass on my thanks for the awesome job that Sacha did plus to Andrew, your Sales Rep, who made this journey run smoothly from start to its completion.
